Started on a shoestring in the early noughties my little business is now my main source of income. On my way here I've finished a PhD, had a short stint as a chef and a short stint as a recruitment consultant. It takes a little while to realise you're an entrepreneur, but if you're wondering why all your hardwork is making the other guy rich then you may be one too.

Customer Service
I messed up a few times this week I have to admit, I don't mind compensating, even over compensating when I mess up. I even compensate when the postal service mess up.
